Employers - Application: Thank you to all of the organizations, agencies, governmental units and private employers who are currently serving as host worksites for the Summer Youth Employment Program. We need employers willing to work with young people who do not have a perfect background. If you are willing to mentor / provide a work experience for one or more of these youth please email us directly at MDye@wf1broward.com and include your contact information. Someone from our staff will contact you within 24 hours. If you have existing Job Orders you can log in using the Employer ID you received when you submitted the work order and your FEID and review them or add Worksites and/or Jobs. To create a Job Order, contact the SYEP Project Manager via email call WorkForce One at (954) 202-3830.	Youth Work Experience - Application: The deadline to apply was Monday, January 25, 2010 - 4:00 p.m. Thank you for your interest. Applications are no longer being accepted for SYEP 2010. We hope to see you next year for SYEP 2011! The economy has created an increased need in the community for youth employment opportunities. This need has lead to higher than normal competition for this years’ Summer Youth Employment Program. This year SYEP received over 3,900 applications for the 750 slots available. Unfortunately we were not able to offer all applicants a slot. If you were not chosen, but are still seeking employment opportunities this summer, we encourage you or your child to look for summer work on www.employflorida.com as the summer draws closer.
