Thank you to all of the organizations, agencies, governmental units and private employers who are currently serving as host worksites for the summer youth. At this time we are please to report that almost all the eligible youth who met the cut off have been placed. WE STILL NEED EMPLOYERS WILLING TO WORK WITH YOUNG PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK. IF YOU ARE WILLING TO MENTOR / PROVIDE A WORK EXPERIENCE FOR ONE OR MORE OF THESE YOUTH PLEASE EMAIL US DIRECTLY AT vunderwood@WF1broward.com AND INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS.
